They aren't hard to make, and make about 2 dozen. Just put your favorite jam in the middle and your set! The cookies won't be brown, but a toothpick in the dough part of the cookie will come out clean. -- posted by Luv2bakerhttp://www.recipezaar.com/301210 Andree's Shortbread Heavenly Cookies- April 29, 2008 These have to be the yummiest cookies I have ever tried! I like to make them for Valentine's Day-- and call them Valentine Kisses. There are many variations-- you can use make the dough and use white or semi-sweet chocolate chips or use mini-kisses for smaller bite size cookies. The dough can be rolled in plain sugar, or red decorator sugar for an extra festive look. -- posted by CFS Mommahttp://www.recipezaar.com/300683 Spanish Peanut Butter Cookies- April 25, 2008 I got this recipe from the Seattle Art Museum's top notch cafe.
