The kids all loved it, it was gone faster than any of the other foods. Not only is it tasty, it's neat looking too! However, I cannot remember where I got the recipe from. -- posted by Whispyrhttp://www.recipezaar.com/309234 Beer Braised Onions- June 14, 2008 These onions are great with burgers (try it with my Chicago Beer burgers). They can be cooked ahead, cooled and kept in the fridge. When you need them, simmer them gently, when they are hot,add a splash of beer to perk up the flavour. -- posted by Noohttp://www.recipezaar.com/309199 Chicago Beer Burgers- June 14, 2008 This comes from a burger book that I bought for a friend of mine.A very easy and tasty burger.Top with cheese and beer braised onions-yum!! -- posted by Noohttp://www.recipezaar.com/309195 Beef and Horseradish Bonbons- June 14, 2008 Very simple, yet very delicious.A must for any party! A blink and they are gone dish! -- posted by Noohttp://www.recipezaar.com/309193 Sugar-Free Pumpkin Cookies- June 10, 2008 These cookies are so good, and they taste a little bit like pumpkin pie. They have a cake-like texture, but they are moist. I make them for my mother-in-law, primarily, because she is diabetic, and she adores them. We live at high altitude (6,800-ish ft.), and they work fine. Note: Do not flatten them before putting them in the oven. They do not change shape (flatten) themselves, but I think that helps them keep their moisture when they're stored. -- posted by Greeny4444http://www.recipezaar.com/308605 Corn Dog Muffins- June 10, 2008 I found this recipe in the book 'Fast Fixes with Mixes' and thought my son would enjoy this fun spin on the corndog. They are a hit and they will probably be made on a regular basis. For a more grown up version (great for football parties) try adding some canned green chilies, extra hot sauce or cheese. Really forgiving recipe and really easy to make changes. It makes about 18 muffins which seems like a lot but they reheat really well. -- posted by ladykatalahttp://www.recipezaar.com/308593 Taco Dip- June 10, 2008 You can make the base of this dip several days in advance. When ready to serve, just top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and French fried onions. -- posted by mailbellehttp://www.recipezaar.com/308544 Chicken-Sausage Brochettes- June 10, 2008 These are really tasty anytime, but make a nice presentation on your cocktail party buffet.
