Sketch- July 12, 2008 Derrick's sister is visiting, so I haven't been able to really start repairsimprovements to the new apartment. I have done measurements and this sketch so Derrick could decide which walls he wants me to paint. Click to embiggen. That hallway is 26 feet LONG. 12 foot ceilings are great, but are a design challenge for someone like me who is design challenged. My project over the next few days is to replace all the glass in the main bedroom's french doors. Our landlord, Friedman Management, did not do any repairs to our apartment for almost 8 weeks. We paid both May and June rent in good faith. These are pics as of June 30th: If you embiggen, you can see directly into our neighbor's apartment. Like us, they couldn't actually live in the room. Even more criminally, it is a toddler's room.
