It was a very moving performance -- a tremendous amount of energy. I've since missed him coming to town several times, but finally got around to hitting a show at the (very close to me) Owl Bar, at Sundance, Utah. This was probably around 1982 or sometime close to that. He was a gentle, sweet soul who's laugh made you laugh too.
