I made rib-eye's and sirloin steaks (not everyone likes the fatty rib-eye like I do), steamed asparagus with butter, a salad of spring greens, cilantro, red onion and basil with a tomato, red onion, shallot and red wine vinegar dressing and some shoe string fries.
