You start with jarred salsa (whatever heat you like) and freshen it up with jalapeno, avocado, onion and shrimp. A shot of lime brightens the flavor and you're ready to hit the patio for a visit with your company. Also great to take to a cookout. Try it with the Chili-Lime Tortilla Chips. -- posted by Ma Fieldhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310052 Herbed Yogurt Dip- June 18, 2008 Yogurt thickened by draining overnight and then seasoned with fresh herbs. If you have an herb garden this is outstanding! (Still good if you pick your herbs from the produce section at the grocery store) "Cooking" time includes overnight draining of yogurt. -- posted by Ma Fieldhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310044 Roasted Tomatillo Salsa- June 18, 2008 Serve with chips or as a great sauce for fish, chicken, or shrimp.
