I got this recipe years and years ago when I bought a set of recipe cards. It's a very simple recipe, easily doubled for larger families or tripled for potlucks and barbecues. -- posted by SweetJezebel

Jackie Apgar's Company Casserole - April 3, 2008

Mexican Chicken - April 3, 2008

This has been my absolute favorite dish since i was a kid. I used to beg my mom to make it, and when she did, there were never any leftovers. Beware though, it's one of those dishes where you wanna stuff as much down as you can, and before you know it, youre immobile for the next 2 hours! Dont even contemplate another meal tonight. Another recipe from our church cookbook. Can be partially made and then held up to 24 hours if desired. Cooking time is combined time but does not include any time you are holding in fridge. -- posted by Shahana

This looks to be a quick to assemble, yummy recipe. Comes to you from my better homes recipe card collection. Prep time is a guess as I have not made it yet. -- posted by ladygwyn
