I'll support Payton's opinion on how to deal with it too. If you want to pull that crap, consider me gone. It should be easy enough to tell whether or not I'm being productive by the work that I do. I handle all of my bills, my personal budget, most of my personal phone calls, and a number of other things while I'm at my computer. My boss has no right to seehear any of that - period.
