Yes Matt, I was made aware of my error back at comment 13 above, posted 10 months before yours. If the legislature were wise, they would pay me handsomely to edit the legal code, incorrect subjunctive verb tense (form) and all. It would be worth it, because my minor grammatical transgressions would be a major improvement on the current sorry statutory state of affairs. Sheldon, I don't necessarily have to know the proper subjunctive form to make big bucks editing something. I just have to...

That's so true, I believe that the more intelligent a person is the simpler language they are able to use. As while they probably know all of these long words, they understand that in order to get their point across they don't necessarily need to use them. Allowing more people to read and understand their point of view.
