Comment by Kevin Johnson on Bryce's Pet Peeve - How much do we use our head - 8252008 - August 22, 2008

I did want to point out that while you are sleeping, your brain is actually quite active. This is because our brains take that time to sort through our experiences for the day and store it into long term memory. This is how we best retain information we learn, or how a football QB gains the muscle memory that lets him throw a perfect spiral pass. But I have to agree that for some people their brains get the most exercise when they are asleep. !! Entry Link: a href="http:it.toolbox.c

All you have to do is look at how screwed up this planet is and you will know that no one is in charge. The inmates are running the asylum. !! Entry Link: Bryce's Pet Peeve - Who's in Charge Here - 8122008!!

Comment by Brian Driggs on Bryce's Pet Peeve - Auto Dealership Ads - 8112008 - August 8, 2008

Preach it, sir. I've often wondered if the children of those guys who do the car dealership radio commercials get the same tone when they bring home a poor report card or don't do their chores around the house. Can you imagine that Crazy. If you're not easily offended by four letter words, there is a parody car dealer commercial on YouTube for a dealership called "Big Bill Hell's." Same loud-mouthed tone, only they sort of tell it like it is. Considered by many to be an in

Hedge and his team placed monitoring devices on employees' desks to measure keystrokes and mouse movement at diffe

Comment by Brian Driggs on Bryce's Pet Peeve - Wristwatches - 842008 - August 4, 2008

I'm in the same boat as Improbus, above. Only, I kept the watch until the battery died. It sat on my desk waiting for a new battery for months before it found a quiet corner in a drawer somewhere. Now, maybe when they get a cell phone you can wear on your wrist that's got all these wonderful modern features like internet, email, text, music and maybe the ability to make an actual phone call now and again, I think they'll make a come back. !! I dumped my last watch (a nerdy calculator watch) about the same time I started wearing a cell phone 24x7. I don't miss the watch and I probably wouldn't mind loosing the phone either. !! Entry Link: Bryce's Pet Peeve - Wristwatches - 842008!!
