My tranquillity vanishes being replaced by uncertaintity, fears and chaotic thoughts. It seems like I loose my critical thought or I become more sensitive and intuitive to what reality emits. The only progress I have attained is that I realize when this change is taking place. Being in that state I doubt my senses of the other normal state.
