Stuffed Onion Rolls - July 6, 2008

We adore sweet onions like Vidalias and I was searching for a new way to have them before the season ends. Found this in "Blue Ribbon Recipes" part of the Old Farmer's Almanac. I plan on making this up on the weekend as far as making the rolls. Then on a weeknight it will be easy to pop it in the oven. -- posted by Kat's Mom

I like a lot. My...

This potato salad is sure to please all pallets. I created this recipe myself, and found that family members who did not typically enjoy potato salad were eager to try it, and loved it! You can use this recipe to compliment most any grilling menu, it goes so well with so many things. It's tangy sauce and hardiness make it a perferct side dish every time. -- posted by Chef 666112

BBQ Macaroni Salad - July 6, 2008

Great tasting recipe from Cook's Illustrated--they like the flavor of Texas Best or Bull's Eye Barbecue sauce here or feel free to use your favorite. Below is the original recipe, however, I made some adjustments, which I noted below, because of what I had on hand and it still tasted great! -- posted by Pi-E
