Ronald Servant: Ron's Body-for-LIFE JournalThis is where I keep track of my journey for a better me.C4W8D5- May 30, 2003 Doh! nut... I get into work this morning only to be greeted by an e-mail indicating that a co-worker has donuts available at his desk (it's a penalty for being bad). Now I have all my meals with me and have yet to have my first meal of the day. So what do I do after reading this e-mail March right over to his desk and grab a boston cream. Oh well, made a mistake, I'll leave it at that and move on. I'm strangely satisfied with the ease in which the New Jersey Devils are...http://radio.weblogs.com/0109168/categories/bodyForLifeJournal/2003/05/30.html#a350 C4W8D4- May 29, 2003 I feel firmly back in control of my nutrition today. She immediately dropped to the mat and let out a cry of pain, while the rest of us continued on our merry way...http://radio.weblogs.com/0109168/categories/bodyForLifeJournal/2003/05/28.html#a348 Failed Challenge- May 27, 2003 I've been away... well not really, I've been very preoccupied with the NHL playoffs... well that's just an excuse... What can I say about challenge 4 Till today, it was in the dumps. A failed challenge. So what do I do now I'm back on track as of today. Do I say well that challenge failed miserably, let's start a new one I thought that's what I'd do for the last week or so when I was toying with the idea of getting back on track. Then I realized that starting over..http://radio.weblogs.com/0109168/categories/bodyForLifeJournal/2003/05/27.html#a347 |
