Smithhttp://www.recipezaar.com/298150 Mexican Vegetable Soup- April 11, 2008 Makes a huge pot. Not designed to be spicy hot. Most poblanos are mild to medium hot and provide a great flavor to the dish. I was making this for a lady who just had surgery so I did not want the soup to be too spicy. If you love the heat, add some finely diced jalapeno to bump it up. Great way to add lot's of colorful vegetables to your families diet. Start each meal with a bowl of soup and you have an easy way to add nutrition. -- posted by An Draconhttp://www.recipezaar.com/298009 Green Beans Caesar- April 10, 2008 Use fresh or frozen green beans. -- posted by Shahanahttp://www.recipezaar.com/297474 Flash-Fried Frozen Green Beans- April 10, 2008 A very fast, flavorful, fresh side dish. -- posted by Babs 5http://www.recipezaar.com/297442 Green Beans With Zucchini and Bacon- April 9, 2008 A recipe from a Mennonite cookbook "Cooking from Quilt Country" that sounds really tasty. I created this to give green beans more flavor. This is a big batch because there are 6 of us (7 if you include my hubby's lunch for work next day) and because they always want seconds ..... even the little ones. I use fresh or frozen green beans but cooking time will differ between the two. -- posted by Small-Town Cookhttp://www.recipezaar.com/296625 Asian Teriyaki Green Beans- April 4, 2008 From Homebasics Emerald Greens.
