Use lime juice if possible, it's so tangy. My notes said: "Leaves of 1 bunch of parsley", which is a bit hard to translate to an acceptable ingredient, so keep in mind you might need more or less than stated below! He always made these on the 4th of July, along with his baconpotato chip deviled eggs, and ribs. Sometimes he would substitute chopped green chiles for the green pepper.
