I got so distracted while going to the pool that I completely forgot to turn on the correct road and was almost all the way home before I realized that I'd forgotten where I was going. So I wound up losing 15 minutes of pool time. Nevertheless, I managed to get a decent-ish workout in....http://inkythistle.livejournal.com/114969.html Who loves ya', baby- March 19, 2008 Last week I mentioned the movie trivia game I'm involved in at work, and how one guy said to me "hope you brush up on your 'guy movies'."Well this week has been dubbed "Man Movie Week" and, 34 of the way in (we have Good Friday off) I have a comfortable lead. Which, in turn, means I probably should have taken today off.Last week I got involved in a weekly movie trivia game at work. The game works like this: each week a different person is in charge of choosing five movies with a common theme (e.g. actor, director, etc.) and each day emails quotes from that day's movie to the rest of the group. ...http://inkythistle.livejournal.com/114367.html Swimming 7- March 12, 2008 Another sprint-heavy day.Warm-up: 200 free, 200 pull, 200 kick.Workout: 10X50 free sprint, 20X25 sprint (4 sets of 5: butterfly, back, breast, free, free)Cool-down: 200 freeTotal yardage: 1800http://inkythistle.livejournal.com/114034.html Swimming 6- March 10, 2008 I had a meeting right before lunch, so we didn't get our full hour in the pool.
