Both Anthony and I have remained diligent with it so far; neither of us has missed a day so now we have a solid week of daily exercise and have discovered that we rather like starting the day with Wii Fit.This morning, for example, I got up early and did 16 minutes of step aerobics, followed by 6 minutes of advanced hula hoop. I had reserved my copy over a month ago at a GameStop near work and picked it up at lunch today. It's heavier than I expected.
