Ice cream probably makes the most sense; it will keep for weeks in the freezer case. Cupcakes will last all day and are an easy sell. Doughnuts don&8217;t last long, but they can be made quickly. Any of these have fewer ingredients and require less skilled assembly than a cream puff.
