Another delicious recipe from Cuisine at Home. -- posted by PaulaGhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310927 Chimichurri Bread- June 30, 2008 The recipe is from Cuisine at Home. A delightful addition to grilled meats. When splitting the bread, try doing it by hand. This gives the bread a rustic look and leaves lots of nooks and crannies for the butter. When I split the bread I used a dinner fork and was able to "fork split" the baguette. I have adjusted the amount of ingredients. -- posted by PaulaGhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310925 Napa Dave's Skirt Steak Tacos- June 30, 2008 We had accidentally purchased strip steaks instead of flank steak- so after searching out recipes, we developed this tasty adaptation. Be sure to cut the cooked steak into very thin slices as this meat can be chewy- but sooooo delicious! (Preparation time includes the marinating!) -- posted by Grace at Sweet Grace'shttp://www.recipezaar.com/310811 Southwestern Tri-Tip Steaks- June 29, 2008 Loaded with cilantro and lime, this tri-tip steak is marinated in beer, wine and spices. The recipe as it stands produces a pretty mild result. Choose a dark beer for a richer flavor and, to increase the heat level, add more red pepper flakes or toss in a chopped up jalapeno pepper. (The seeds and membranes hold the most heat in a pepper, so you can further adjust heat levels that way.) -- posted by Sandi (From CA)http://www.recipezaar.com/310799 Maple Pork and Peach Skewers- June 24, 2008 A winner in the Robert Mondavi "Art of the Skewer" contest, created by Lisa Keys. Cook time is marinating time, and doesn't include time to soak skewers. -- posted by Jenhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310575 Maple-Glazed Pork Chops With Roasted Corn Relish- June 24, 2008 This is a great summer dish. The recipe calls for smoked pork chops which are pretty much already cooked and so you are just heating them through. Make the corn relish first as it can be served warm or at room temperature. Quick, easy, and tasty! -- posted by Slattshttp://www.recipezaar.com/310500 Grilled Fresh Fruit Quesadillas- June 19, 2008 Almost like a Danish pastry, without all the calories! Creamy texture inside. Good with mashed banana instead of apple. -- posted by Olga Drozdhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310132 Grilled Potato Wedges- June 19, 2008 Give your meals a boost with these spicy little gems. -- posted by Olga Drozdhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310110 Tilapia Marinade- June 18, 2008 This is my favorite way to make tilapia, especially because Costco has such a great deal on their packaged tilapia, (at least here in Arizona.) So this recipe is not only very yummy, it is very inexpensive. In fact, you probably have all of the ingredients in your kitchen. Enjoy! -- posted by aebrady0576http://www.recipezaar.com/309890 Yer Basic Barbecued Spareribs- June 17, 2008 Don't mess with basic - as in basically delicious! Adapted from Good Food Magazine, June 1987. If you don't have a jar of hot peppers, you can substitute 2 T. cider vinegar mixed with 2 t. hot red pepper sauce for the liquid drained from the jar of hot peppers. -- posted by JackieOhNo!http://www.recipezaar.com/309719 |
