This is gorgeous, I really enjoyed it. -- posted by Mandy from Ozhttp://www.recipezaar.com/310590 Jamie Oliver's Grilled Vegetables- June 24, 2008 The best grilled vegetables with taste! Most grilled vegies get soggy and taste like the dressing or marinade used with them rather than the taste of the vegie. This recipe gives you the opposite. Use whatever vegetables you like to grill and whichever herbs you have on hand or even citrus in place of the basil. This is from Jamie's Kitchen. -- posted by Trinketshttp://www.recipezaar.com/310553 Almond Peach Clafouti- June 17, 2008 This French pudding is equally nice served at brunch or as dessert on your dinner table. However, it is imperative that you serve this warm. Prep time does not include 3 hours to chill. -- posted by JackieOhNo!http://www.recipezaar.com/309167 Potatoes That Taste Better Than the Chicken- June 13, 2008 This delicious recipe for chicken and potatoes is courtesy of chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in his appearance on the Martha Stewart show. It is the best roasted chicken I've ever made, and the potatoes are to die for. I did not remove the wings when I made this, and I increased the cooking time to 25 minutes per side to make sure it was done. I also used olive oil instead of grapeseed oil with great results, and regular sea salt instead of fleur de sel was just fine. Enjoy! -- posted by...http://www.recipezaar.com/309014 French Onion Soup- June 12, 2008 From a website called Dr. Delicious. When I heard the website name, I thought, "Really" But it's actually the best recipe I've found for this. Even better if you make the French bread fresh that morning. -- posted by Vicki in Houston, TXhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308997 English Rum Bread (Abm)- June 12, 2008 I just found this and haven't had a chance to try it yet but it sure looks interesting. -- posted by Annaciahttp://www.recipezaar.com/308898 Banana Souffles- June 11, 2008 from Food & Wine magazine -- posted by Digigirlhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308655 Lamb and Barley Hot Pot- June 10, 2008 From Nigel Slater's Taste of My Life -- posted by Gardening Girlhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308576 Veal Blanquette- June 9, 2008 I love veal stew so after much trial & error - this recipe is yummy!!! I try to use Long Island wines whenever possible so for this dish I used a semi-dry riesling from Osprey's Dominion (2005). I use portabella in this dish, but you can use whatever mushroom you like! -- posted by NY Foodiehttp://www.recipezaar.com/308358 |
