I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself.The air-conditioning broke down this afternoon, coinciding with the hottest day we've had in a while. It was horrible. I got a lot of compliments on the food, and I did think the meal turned out particularly well. On the menu was Turkish bread and hummus to start with, then lamb and quince tagine with pistachio couscous and chickpea, feta and coriander salad, accompanied by Margaret River wines.
