Gumbo - June 13, 2007

This can be made in the crock pot or just a big pot on the stove. I've been making this for a couple of years now. And every time I make it, I barely get any of it before it dissapears. Now, keep in mind that the measurements are approximate, I never measure. I usually just tear up a whole cooked chicken so I really have no idea how much is actually in there. It's a combination of three different recipes including Rita L's "55786 Crock-Pot Chicken and Sausage Gumbo with Shrimp"...

Lobster Puff Casserole - June 7, 2007

From About.com's Home Cooking blog: "This delicious seafood dish is somewhere in between a souffle and a mousse. Elegant enough for any occasion, yet easy to make. You may make individual lobster puff servings by using single-serving ramekins. Reduce the cooking time accordingly. Try substituting crab or shrimp for the lobster for a less expensive dish." -- posted by poo235

Delicious Grilled Chicken Marinade - June 3, 2007

This is the most delicious marinade for large amounts of chicken that you are going to grill. I originally came up with this recipe when I was looking for a better marinade at culinary school, so the original recipe called for a bottle of Lea & Perrins, and a cup of veg. oil, But I wanted more depth of flavor then that, so I added a lot of different combinations of herbs until I came up with this one. And it makes the chicken moist and delicious. -- posted by PatisserieFan
