I hope she doesn't mind but, just in case, I'm not going to tell her!! I really liked the soup but, of course, I'm biased. However, my wife really liked it also and she doesn't think I'm anywhere near as great as I think I am. -- posted by Rick Younghttp://www.recipezaar.com/306528 Green Curry Paste- May 30, 2008 I needed a green curry paste for a recipe that I was making and this is what I came up with. Delicious shrimp and veggies do the tuck and roll in a rice paper sheet and are snug and waiting for you to enjoy! Try dipping them in some recipe 137729 or any Asian style dipping sauce you prefer. The mint is key to the flavor here and really comes through well. As the name implies they are great in Spring- or any season- and making them will not heat your kitchen up while you cook. You can see a video of how to roll here:...http://www.recipezaar.com/306044 Thai Eggplant Sandwich- May 29, 2008 Tangy and sweet, who couldn't resist -- posted by Mulliganhttp://www.recipezaar.com/305859 Thai Coconut Ratatouille- May 29, 2008 Similar to the usual blend of vegetables of Provence, that's where the similarity ends. Banana, ginger, lemongrass and cilantro take it far East. This is a recipe I found in the "All Around the World Cookbook." -- posted by Mulliganhttp://www.recipezaar.com/305733 Indonesian Pineapple Curry- May 29, 2008 This curry is served as an accompaniment to Indonesian dishes.
