I got the basic recipe from a friend and made it my own after adding a few more ingredients. It takes a little bit of time to make but it is worth it! -- posted by Chef 840337http://www.recipezaar.com/305725 Jamabalaya- May 20, 2008 This is always a HUGE hit at get-togethers. The spiciness level can be reduced by using smoked or turkey sausage instead of the hot links. Takes some time to make, but it is well worth it. -- posted by Juan in Valparaiso, INhttp://www.recipezaar.com/304283 Sante Fe Chicken Pasta (Copy-Cat)- May 19, 2008 This tastes exactly like the Santa Fe Chicken Pasta that is served at Tripps Restaurant. -- posted byhttp://www.recipezaar.com/304263 New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice- May 9, 2008 Over the years, (I would like to think that) I have mastered this New Orleans Favorite. After watching my mom cook red beans & rice for many years, I now cook them for my husband, his family, my co-workers, and friends. I apologize, up front, for the absence of certain measurements, but as you know, when cooking, sometimes we just eyeball it and then perform a taste test later. NOTE: I cook white beans the same way. -- posted by Cooking in New Orleanshttp://www.recipezaar.com/302903 Casey's Cajun Bisque- May 6, 2008 You can't get more cajun than this! -- posted by ChefKyleIn Middle Skoolhttp://www.recipezaar.com/302207 Click's Cajun Seasoning- May 5, 2008 THis is great in soups, gumbos, casseroles, meats, vegetables, you name it! -- posted by ChefKyleIn Middle Skoolhttp://www.recipezaar.com/302022 |
