Recipezaar: Wild game recipesThe newest Recipezaar recipesin:Wild gameCreamed Pheasant (Or Chicken) Eastern European- May 28, 2008 I this at a friends house and it was great. She gave me a list of ingredients and this is what I came up with. It is great as pheasant works well with dove breasts and chicken breast with or without skin. Great with rice or noodles. Serve with a salad and rolls for a great meal. -- posted by Huskergirlhttp://www.recipezaar.com/305215 Steak and Dumplings- May 28, 2008 I use venison butterfly steaks or beef round steak. -- posted by Kaarinhttp://www.recipezaar.com/305188 Roast Guinea Hen- May 17, 2008 Many people raise Guineas now, making them available for a wider range of people than hunters. This fowl is good with nearly any stuffing you might wish. One might use wild rice stuffing, chestnut stuffing or the old standby sage stuffing for good effect. My Uncle Dean was a great cook. I found this recipe in a cook book my mom had given me. I made it today and it is delicious. I'm eating some right now. Its very addicting. I've closed the bag about 6 times and I keep having to get more. It's so good. Thanks Uncle Dean. I miss you. -- posted by Jennifer Benniferhttp://www.recipezaar.com/301863 |
