Use butter instead of the cooking spray to heat the crab, if your diet allows. -- posted by CPolencheckhttp://www.recipezaar.com/294185 Crab Quiche- March 25, 2008 This recipe is from the Kansas State Nurses Assoc. Cookbook submitted by Robbie Davis of Topeka Kansas. I make this easy delicious quiche often and I am always asked for the recipe. I have many friends and family members who have made it a staple in their households so I figured rather than writing it down again and again...I would just post it here and direct them to this site! It's not the healthiest dish, but it sure is good and too easy to believe:) -- posted by hollygollygeehttp://www.recipezaar.com/294162 Crab Pate- March 24, 2008 I did a search for crab pate recipes. There were only four of them on Recipezaar. I decided to adapt my quick pate recipe with crab. You may need to add more Worcestershire or hot sauce depending on taste. -- posted by franzcookshttp://www.recipezaar.com/293829 Crab and Penne Casserole- March 21, 2008 A friend gave me this recipe, we thought it was quite tasty. -- posted by HeatherNhttp://www.recipezaar.com/293510 Cheese and Crab Cups- March 21, 2008 These are great for Girls Hang Out Night. The recipe calls for prepared pizza crust. When I made it with the pizza dough, if you don't cook it, the dough is "doughy" and if you cook the dough the stuffing gets dried out. I tried it the second time with crescents instead and it was much much better. -- posted by RedSoxsNation 33fanhttp://www.recipezaar.com/293420 Fried Crab Legs- March 21, 2008 This is a great alternative to just having crab with drawn butter. You could use the snow crab typical to resaurants- not recommended. You should use the JUMBO Alaskan king Crab- typically very expensive but one whole leg is for one person. Sam's wholesale has some medium size that work well for about $17 for a 2lb bag. -- posted by Shawn Chttp://www.recipezaar.com/293146 Seafood Quiche Squares- March 21, 2008 I love serving these at cocktail parties. -- posted by mommyoffourhttp://www.recipezaar.com/293138 Pappadeaux's Blackened Oyster and Shrimp Fondue- March 20, 2008 my husband and i love this dish at the restaurant. this recipe differs slightly from the original but it still very good. -- posted by Chef 795406http://www.recipezaar.com/293047 |
